NEIROA (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how the App handles information. The App has no account registration, no advertising, and no MONOFRAME analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

The App may hold music ideas, prompts, and generation settings you enter; audio the App generates; titles, favorites, playlists, and related metadata; photos you choose as playlist images; and on-device settings such as free-generation counts, purchase state, and playback preferences.

Stable Audio and Prompt AI (Qwen) run on your iPhone. The App does not send prompts, music ideas, or generated audio to an external AI server for processing, and it does not send prompts or generated music to MONOFRAME servers.

Information is used only to provide the features you asked for on the device: generating, playing, saving, and sharing audio; making and managing playlists; reflecting purchase state; and keeping your settings. It is not used for advertising, user tracking, or behavioral analysis.

Generated audio, playlists, track information, chosen images, and App settings are stored on your device. The App does not store them on a cloud operated by MONOFRAME. They may remain until you delete them in the App, delete the App, or erase the device. Temporary files created for sharing are removed after sharing; leftovers from an unexpected quit are removed on the next launch.

MONOFRAME does not sell or provide your prompts, generated audio, playlists, or chosen photos to third parties. If you export or share a file, that file goes to the destination you chose. That destination’s terms and privacy policy then apply.

In-app purchases, payment, and restore use Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The App does not collect or store payment card numbers. It uses verified transaction information and purchase state from the App Store only to reflect what you bought. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to Apple’s handling of information.

The App accesses photos only when you add or change a playlist image, through the standard iOS photo picker. It does not collect your full photo library. Only the image you select is stored on the device as the playlist image.

The App does not include a MONOFRAME analytics SDK, Crashlytics or similar crash SDK, or an advertising SDK. Analytics used on MONOFRAME websites are a separate service and do not collect in-app usage from NEIROA.

The App uses Apple operating-system and App Store features for distribution, payment, and restore. Information Apple handles through the device, the App Store, or diagnostics follows Apple’s privacy policy. The App’s Privacy Manifest reports Required Reason APIs and related facts as implemented.

Where applicable law requires it, a minor must obtain a parent or legal guardian’s consent. The App does not collect information for age verification.

This policy may change if features, law, or data practices change. Material changes will be noted in the App or another suitable place. The revised policy applies from the effective or revised date shown.
