T5Gemma — NOTICE

Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms

The T5Gemma text encoder distributed with Stable Audio 3 was converted from the official MLX NPZ container to Safetensors without tensor-value changes. Its SentencePiece tokenizer was extracted from the same NPZ container for local loading on iOS.
