The Tools Behind MONOFRAME #01

The Power Bank That Never Leaves My Desk.
Every creative project has tools that quietly become part of the process.
This Anker power bank is one of them.
It isn’t the most exciting device on my desk, but it’s probably one of the most useful.
Whether I’m working from a café, editing wallpapers late at night, or generating music for MONOFRAME, I like knowing I can keep working without searching for a power outlet.
Its built-in display shows exactly how much battery is left, and the design is simple enough to disappear into the workspace rather than distract from it.
What I love most is its body.
The smooth aluminum finish reminds me of a MacBook. Simple, clean, and timeless.
It also has two built-in cables, including a retractable one, so I rarely need to carry extra cables. Everything I need is already built into the device, which fits perfectly with the minimalist way I like to work.
And then there’s the display.
Not only does it show the remaining battery, but it also shows the charging wattage in real time.
Maybe that’s a strange thing to enjoy…
But I’m a bit of a tech nerd.
Seeing my Mac charging at 60W somehow never gets old.
I could honestly spend way too much time just watching those numbers change.
I appreciate products that don’t try too hard to get attention.
They simply work.
That philosophy feels very similar to what I’m trying to build with MONOFRAME.
Quiet.
Minimal.
Reliable.
Sometimes the best tools are the ones you stop thinking about because they’re always ready when you need them.
