Building More Than a Website

What started as a simple wallpaper project has evolved into something much bigger. Along the way, I discovered web development, AI tools, digital products, and a growing desire to build a creative business around the things I genuinely enjoy.

A few weeks ago, Monoframe was simply an idea.

I wanted to create wallpapers that reflected the kind of visuals I personally enjoyed—minimal, atmospheric, and carefully designed.

At first, the goal was straightforward:

Build a website. Share wallpapers. Learn something new.

But the deeper I went, the more unexpected opportunities appeared.

Creating a website led me into web development.

Web development led me into APIs and automation.

Automation led me into AI.

And AI eventually led me into local music generation models running directly on my own Mac.

Looking back, it’s funny how quickly things escalated.

What began as a wallpaper project is slowly becoming an ecosystem of ideas.

Wallpapers. Digital products. Music. Content. Design. AI tools.

Each project seems to connect naturally to the next.

The most exciting realization is that modern technology allows a single person to create things that once required entire teams.

A website can be built by one person.

Artwork can be designed by one person.

Music can be composed with AI-assisted workflows.

Products can be distributed globally with only a laptop and an internet connection.

For someone who genuinely enjoys learning and building, that’s an incredible opportunity.

I still have far more questions than answers.

There are countless skills I haven’t mastered yet.

There are projects I haven’t even started.

But every week I become a little more capable than I was before.

And that’s what keeps me moving forward.

Monoframe may have started as a wallpaper website.

But lately, it feels more like the beginning of a much larger creative journey.

Where it eventually leads, I have no idea.

That’s exactly what makes it exciting.
