Design Story

“Hakodate Nocturne” reimagines the iconic night view of Hakodate through a futuristic monochrome aesthetic. Inspired by the silent atmosphere of Mount Hakodate and the endless glow of the city below, the artwork transforms urban lights into delicate streams of white floating within deep black space. Every illuminated road and coastline was designed to emphasize clarity, stillness, and cinematic depth. Blending real geography with minimal digital abstraction, the composition captures the feeling of standing above a sleeping city suspended between ocean, darkness, and light.
